What we do
Every state writes its own rules for oversize and overweight loads: legal limits, permit limits, escort thresholds, curfews and holiday restrictions. Keeping up with fifty sets of rules is a full-time job. It's ours.
You send the load and the route. We check each state, file the permits, deal with the states while they're pending, and send the approved permits to you and your driver with notes on escorts and travel times.
How we work
- Clear pricing. One flat service fee per permit, with state fees on their own line at cost.
- Real people. Call or text and talk to the person filing your permits.
- Honest about timing. We tell you how long each state usually takes, before you book the load.
- Careful with your data. We use your carrier details only to file your permits and never sell them.
Who we are not
We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any state or federal DOT. Permits are issued by each state. In dispatch, we work under each carrier's own authority and are not a freight broker.
