These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Pro Permit Services LLC (referred to as the “Company”). By using our website or placing an order for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

This agreement is between Pro Permit Services LLC and any customer, including motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, owner-operators, and their authorized representatives (referred to as the “Customer”). The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

In unforeseen circumstances, the Company shall not be held liable for delays, service interruptions, or losses resulting from failure to complete requested services.

The Company provides professional trucking permit and compliance support services including oversize, overweight, superload permits, DOT filings, and related compliance assistance.

The Customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and valid information required to process filings and permits. The Company is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

All service requests must be submitted through approved communication channels such as phone, email, or online forms. Once an order is placed, an authorization form may be required. The Customer must review and approve all details before processing begins.

By approving the order, the Customer authorizes the Company to proceed with services and process payments as agreed.

All pricing is agreed upon before service execution. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not completed or verified. Once an order is assigned or processing has begun, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been assigned to an agent or processing has started. Refund eligibility is determined at the Company’s discretion based on service status.

If any service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, the Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the order. If payment has been processed, a refund will be issued if applicable.

By using our services, you consent to receive communication related to your orders via email, phone calls, or SMS messages.
