Service fees
Our service fee pays for the work of checking the rules, preparing and filing your permit, and following up with the state. Once we have started work on a permit, its service fee is non-refundable.
Before we start
You can change or cancel an order free of charge until we start work on it.
State permit fees
State permit fees are paid to the state and follow that state's own refund rules. If a state refunds a fee, we pass the full refund on to you.
Dispatch fees
Dispatch fees are charged only on loads we book and are not refunded once a load is delivered.
