Service Fees

Our packages (Basic, Standard, and Premium) cover the preparation, review, and submission of your permit application, along with associated compliance support. These fees compensate us for work performed on your request and are separate from any government permit fees charged by state agencies.

Cancellation Before Processing

If you cancel your request before we have begun preparing or submitting your application, you are entitled to a full refund of our service fee.

Cancellation After Processing Has Begun

Once we have begun preparing, reviewing, or submitting your permit application, our service fee becomes non-refundable, as it reflects work already performed, regardless of the permit's final outcome.

Government Permit Fees

Government and state agency permit fees are separate from our service fee and are non-refundable once submitted, in line with each agency's own policies, since we do not control state processing decisions.

Errors on Our Part

If a permit application is rejected or delayed due to an error on our part, we will correct the error at no additional charge or, where correction is not possible, refund our service fee for that request.
