Who we are
Westbound Services, operated by Pro Permit Services LLC is a private permit and dispatch service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any state or federal department of transportation.
Your information
You are responsible for giving accurate load dimensions, weights, axle spacing, carrier details and route. Permits issued on wrong information may be invalid, and fines that result are the carrier's responsibility.
Permits
Permits are issued by each state. We can't guarantee that a state will issue a permit, the route it approves, or how long it will take.
Fees and payment
Our service fee is listed before we start. State permit fees are separate, passed through at cost. Payment is due when we start work unless we agree invoice terms in writing.
Dispatch
When we dispatch, we act on the carrier's behalf under the carrier's own MC/DOT authority. We are not a freight broker or a carrier, and the carrier remains responsible for the load and for meeting all regulations.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the service fee paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
